If you are using POP3, you will see that your program can connect and the mail will start working by itself.
If the email doesn’t work, it’s probably because you’re running IMAP, a large part of our email clients do that.
When the mail server starts up, there is a risk that mail is overwritten in sync. To ensure that this does not happen, we have chosen to change the hostname.
This means that you have to create a new account and then transfer the old mail to the new account. At https://internetse.co.uk/mailguide/
you will find the options for setting up a new account with your current email. When the new account is ready, it will sync up the emails, when the account is in place, you can then drag the emails over if you feel that something is missing.
If you have folders, you can drag entire folders. A tip is to hold down CTRL so you get the plus sign to show that you are copying over instead of moving. If you want to get started right away, you can log in to the webmail directly on our website.
You are also welcome to call 0203 630 1325 if you need help, But we warn that the waiting time during the day can be significantly longer than usual (for now we have all our staff in place so you might get the waiting message in Swedish).
Send us a message and we will get back to you shortly.
